We strive to deliver your memories in a timely and efficient manner. Below are our delivery timeframes for both digital and physical products:

• Digital Copies:

  • Within 24 Hours: All photos will be delivered digitally within 24 hours of the event, allowing you to enjoy and share your favorite moments immediately.

  • 7-14 Days: A beautifully crafted trailer video and edited photos will be delivered, giving you a sneak peek into the full wedding film.

  • 20-30 Days: The full edited wedding film and all remaining photos will be delivered, ensuring a cinematic masterpiece that tells the complete story of your special day.

• Physical Products (Albums/Prints):

  • Delivery timeframes for physical albums and prints may vary and will take additional time beyond digital delivery. Specific timelines will be communicated upfront.

• Shipping Charges:

  Shipping fees for physical products will be communicated upfront. International shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.

• Damaged Goods:

  If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement. Please note that additional international shipping charges may apply for replacements.

• Customs and Duties:

  International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the client. These charges are not included in the shipping fees and will vary by country.

• International Shipping Compliance:
