- Event Services: Clients must notify us at least 30 days before the event date to be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to incurred costs.

- Goods and Products: You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods or the date a third party (not the carrier) takes possession of the product. To cancel, you must provide a clear statement via email to Hello@baawaray.com.

- Deposits for event services are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking, subject to availability and agreement.

- For goods and products, the cost of personalized or custom-made items is non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

- Event Services: If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, partial refunds will be issued after deducting any incurred costs. For international payments, refund amounts may be adjusted based on currency conversion rates and transaction fees.

- Goods and Products: Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, and no additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
